Valmiermuiža Brewery is a small manor brewery located in the historical territory of Valmiermuiža near Valmiera. Here, beer is brewed from the finest ingredients, following slow brewing principles. Using carefully selected recipes, truly live and unpasteurized beer is created, which any connoisseur will appreciate!

Continuing the ancient hospitality traditions of Valmiermuiža, the brewery hosts visitors for a tour of the manor grounds and the Valmiermuiža Brewery. During the visit, you will learn how beer is made, how to taste it in the manor style, and what foods pair best with it. The brewery visit and tasting lasts approximately 1.5 – 2 hours. Tours are available in Latvian, English, and Russian upon prior arrangement.

Additionally, with prior notice, both large and small visitors are invited to enjoy horse or pony rides in the park of Valmiermuiža and take a carriage or sleigh ride in the nearby area, as well as a tour of the Valmiera stables.

Next to the Valmiermuiža Brewery, there is a Valmiermuiža Brewery Shop, where you can purchase Valmiermuiža beer, various delicacies, design dishes, sauna products, and gifts crafted by Latvian artisans from the local area and beyond. It is a place where everyone can gather creative ideas for gifts.

Visitors are also invited to visit the Valmiermuiža Beer Kitchen, where you can enjoy dishes prepared by chefs that pair perfectly with beer or are made from it. During the winter season weekends, you can enjoy a traditional Latvian breakfast table at the Beer Kitchen, and in the summer, daily stories of beer and food pairings are offered.

Horseback Riding:

• Horseback ride (30 minutes): 20 EUR.
• Horseback ride (1 hour): 30 EUR.
• Carriage or sleigh ride: 60 EUR/hour.

Tour of the Horse Stables (1 hour):

• Individual (up to 7 people): 21.00 EUR
• Group (more than 7 people): 3.00 EUR per person
• Horseback ride in the stable’s training area after the tour: 1.50 EUR per person
